I've never been overly fond over fashion.

But this photographic exhibition is filled with a classy, sophisticated, striking portraits of various reputable actors, models and musicians. It is filled with monochromatic photographs taken by Karl Lagerfeld. They presented the exhibition with grey-washed walls while the dimmed lights reflects off the polished elegance of the photographs.

But this gallery space created this lively atmosphere is what's drew me in. I think what's missing from this Chanel's exhibition is a bottle of champagne. But regardless, the viewing demographic cast over the exhibition  and the suited assistants that handed out free posters of three prominent figures on display definitely adds a distinctly personal touch.

The overly prolonged event that I was suppose to go to but was way too lazy.
The Singapore Biennale 2013.

If the world changed.

Boy, this art event is awesome. Well at least some of it are.
Most of the good experiences were in really dim lighted areas, forcing me to shoot with really high ISOs. But it's ok, it's a very good experience for me anyway. I meant visual experience, not photographic experience. There were indeed lots of installations to take a look at, some of them are really awesome. Really. Awesome.

Here are the pictures

So I remember myself as a kid, collecting these seeds and my aunt would go,
"don't put it in your nose ar!"

Now the following pictures are from this "cave" made out of lacquer.
Forgive the reflections but these photos are taken in extreme low light.
They are however, very interesting.

And we have these, "almost hologram like" projections.
I loved these so much.

Well these are more of these photos in my Flickr set.
So do go ahead and click the link above, it will link you directly to my Flickr set.

Also if you haven't been to the Singapore Biennale, you should totally head down to the Singapore Art Museum and the 8Q. It's worth your time.
